Are your products child friendly ?

Although our products are painted with non-toxic paint and finished with natural beeswax they are mostly designed for decorative purposes only. Please keep out of reach of your little ones and do not let them use our wooden décor products as a teether.

Our play tents and clothes hangers are designed for a tight fitting construction to ensure the product is sturdy and stable around your little one. They also both come with braces to prevent splaying of the legs, ensuring no accidental collapses of the product. 

How do I add an item to my cart ?

Once you have decided on the item you would like to purchase simply click the drop down option box (if available on that product) and then select “Add to Bag”. Your item is not ready for check out.

Can I send my order as a gift ?

Yes.

During the checkout process there are areas for you to enter your Billing address and also Shipping address. If you intend on your purchase being a gift please fill out the Shipping address for your giftee.

If you would also like to include a gift card / note please add your personalised message in the “Note to Seller” section during checkout and we will attach this to their gift wrapped package.

How do I enter a PROMO code ?

During the checkout process you may enter your promo code in the area provide. All promo codes are to be in CAPITAL letters.

Do you ship outside of Australia ?

Of course. We are willing to ship anywhere Worldwide, simply contact us for a shipping quote no matter where you are.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept payments through Paypal and Stripe using all major credit cards.

What happens once my order is placed ?

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, and shipping details. Once your package is on its way an email containing tracking details and estimated delivery day / time will be sent to you.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

We aim to get all orders dispatched ASAP. However with all our products being hand-made and made to order this process may take 2-3 weeks + shipping time.

Can I change / cancel my order once it is submitted ?

We are happy to accept changes / cancelations of orders if we are contacted prior to us dispatching your goods for shipping. Once the item has been shipped however we do not offer refunds for "change of mind". However if you feel the product you have received is faulty please contact us.

Cancelations / changes however are not inclusive of personalised products i.e. Name Frame.
